While June is Pride Month every year, there’s greater reason than ever to emphasize the importance of diversity and inclusiveness.
We are witnessing meaningful change across the world, people come together, educate themselves, and hold each other accountable for our thoughts and actions. Only through empathy and openness will we be able to progress towards real equality for all.
Here at Elitez, we constantly look into how can we build an atmosphere of inclusion, regardless of our background and personal or religious views.
Pride is also an occasion where we can increase political awareness of the community’s current challenges. That’s why, this year, we #connectwith one of our own, Ken Zhang, to learn more about his experiences, perspectives, and what he thinks the LGBTQ+ community’s future holds.
