The topics of gender, racial, and cultural bias in the workplace are frequently discussed and are significant for a variety of reasons. The bias of age, however, may be one of problematic sorts of prejudice we encounter. With Singapore’s improving life expectancy, it’s important to build an inclusive workforce and progressive workplaces that value older workers. In conjunction to International Day for Older Persons, we are glad to have Asmond Soh, a senior colleague and member of our ESG Committee to share about his own experience and opinions on this.
